The Pink Sand collection is made of silver 925.

Gold pieces are gold plated with 1-5 micron.

The stones used are semi precious:

Moonstones, quartz, agate, onyx, mother of pearl, turquoise, jade pink, tigers eye, coral, agate green, and agate mint.

All outbound shipping is insured and we send by Post.

Shipping is free over 130 euros.

Greece: 10 euros.

Everywhere else: 15 euros.

Please make sure you include all relevant address information, floor, suite, apartment number, etc.

Style-etc. cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment according to basic post and shipping costs.

Europe: 5-10 working days.

Outside of Europe: 7-14 days.

Please allow an extra 10 working days during major holidays. We appreciate your patience.

Should your order take longer than 30 days please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue for you.

Please note that shipping outside of Greece, local customs and duty may be payable upon collection.

These additional costs and charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All items my be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Because we are a small business we only have an exchange policy.

You may exchange by making a return and then making a new purchase.

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in the same condition as it was originally delivered and must be accompanied by original packaging.

Exchanges will be made for your product for the same or another product as long as we have it in stock.

The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the package. Style-etc will not accept packages sent via cash on delivery, under any circumstances.

Once your return is received and checked, we will then contact you so you can make your exchange. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Exchanges will be made for the customer within 15 days from date your return is received from us.

We do not repair or exchange items which are broken because of false handling.

Only regular priced items will be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Silver, Silver plated, and gold plated can react by darkening when exposed to the air light and certain cases by the different types of PH of the skin.

To clean these pieces we recommend that is done by using a soft silver duster cloth. And always keep these pieces sealed in plastic bags that come with your parcel.
